Goal: Provide a platform that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. Our approach focuses on inclusive design and practical, incremental improvements informed by real user feedback.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Our platform is partially conformant—meaning that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform. We maintain an improvement roadmap and review accessibility as part of ongoing development.

  • Historic PDF/asset content may not be fully accessible
  • Some third-party widgets may not fully meet WCAG criteria
  • Occasional keyboard traps in complex UI flows—tracked and fixed as discovered
