3.2 Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate service requirements
Ensure safe work environment
Communicate professionally with helpers
Pay for services as agreed
Provide honest and fair feedback

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, features, and functionality are owned by PoomAt and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Platform content may not be copied or distributed
User-generated content remains user property
Limited license granted for platform use
Trademark and brand protection

5. Payments and Fees

PoomAt charges fees for the use of our platform and services. By using our platform, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

5.1 Service Fees

Platform fee of 15% for helpers on completed services
Processing fees for payment transactions
Premium membership fees (if applicable)

5.2 Payment Terms

All payments processed through our secure platform
Payment released to helpers after service completion
Refund policies for canceled or unsatisfactory services
Tax responsibilities for users

6. Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability: PoomAt is not liable for:

Quality of third-party services
User disputes or conflicts
Indirect or consequential damages
Service interruptions or technical issues

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through:

Platform mediation process
Binding arbitration if necessary
Applicable Canadian law
Jurisdiction of Canadian courts

8. Termination

PoomAt reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts
Modify or discontinue services
Remove content or information
Block access to the platform

Termination may occur for violations of these Terms, illegal activities, or at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PoomAt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

Your access to or use of the platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party right
Your conduct in connection with the platform
